In the event when your POA is rejected by the notary officials due to any shortcoming or reasons which was unknown to us due to recent changes in the laws or due to any procedural change at the Notary Public or due to computer system failure, no refund shall be provided in such conditions.

However, we offer you 30-Day Money Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied with our service. If you are not satisfied with our service, then you must notify us within 30 days of your dissatisfaction in order to be eligible for a refund under this guarantee. We shall refund your payment, after deducting the fees we have incurred for your POA (e.g. translation charges), only if we find that your claim or dissatisfaction is reasonable.

When you apply for a refund under 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, please send us an email-complaint explaining your concern or call us. After receiving your complaint, we will examine the default within 15 working days and will notify you on the outcomes of our examination. If your complaint shall be found reasonable, then we will refund your payment by cheque or bank transfer within 45 days, after deducting the fees we have incurred for preparing your POA (e.g. translation charges) and all expenses in relation to such refund.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

You must ensure that any information provided to us or our representatives are accurate and correct. Where you have provided incorrect or false information, we will neither accept any responsibility for the same nor offer any refund.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 2 hours after you place your order. For cancelling your order, please email us at within the above-mentioned time-frame mentioning your name, contacts and details of your order. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will refund your payment back to the payment solution used initially by you. It may take up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
