Namma Poorvigam Food LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy and under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order.
- Namma Poorvigam Food LLP does not accept cancellation requests for food products that were unpacked / open or consumed partially. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the packaging of the product delivered is not good or damaged.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once our customer care executive has checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 2 days.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Refund Policy
Namma Poorvigam Food LLP will refund the cancellation amount within 15 working days, subjected to the conditions mentioned in our cancellation policy any amount credited to our account will be refunded.
We will refund your money back to its source of origin / by the means you’ve paid us but kindly allow us 15 working days to process the refund.
